During this year’s virtual New Year’s reception by team :: mt GmbH they presented their latest book “Digitale MUTmacher – the knowledge compedium for courageous entrepreneurs”.
ITQ CEO Dr. Rainer Stetter contributed an interesting article on the subject of recruiting in the digital era. The article with the title “Courageous Ways for Recruiting Digital Natives”, stated new paths that recruiting has to take, in order to hire and inspire young, creative minds. The central criteria for success are Digital Networking and the participation or organization of innovative and creative educational events, the so-called “Innovation Festivals” – MAKEATHONS.
