At the end of August, ITQ GmbH met in Duisburg with representatives of six high-tech companies and the University of Duisburg-Essen. During a press conference they presented the alliance „Cendiq“ for the first time to the public. Cendiq, a digital quality center, will provide specialized services for secure and reliable software development.
The partners include ITQ GmbH, Albellus AG, bridge4IT e.K. as well as the QiTASC GmbH. TIOBE B.V., and the tean GmbH & Co. KG will follow. Every company specializes in ensuring digital quality – from software development through automated testing to data security and analysis.
The goal of the alliance is to support companies on their way to digital transformation. The range of services is geared to cross-industry companies that have bottlenecks in research and development, programming, testing and evaluation. At the press conference, Martin Murrack, city director of Duisburg and head of digitalization, called the Duisburg traffic light circuit as an application example, according to a report by RP ONLINE. These could be optimized with the help of Cendiq. With test automation, errors could be minimized in advance, resulting in fewer on-site failures. The topic of data security will also be of high interest for many companies and will represent a high proportion of the range of tasks for Cendiq.
